Reveley Open Air Cinema

Cinema screen at Reveley - 1

We are going to try something different this year at Reveley - Open Air Cinema. We have access to a gigantic screen courtesy of local resident Oliver Daniels, and we will be holding film nights on Sunday 27th August and Saturday 2nd September. The doors will open at 7pm and the screening will start at 8:00 pm. Bring your own chairs or rugs, and remember that whilst we hope for a warm night, it can get chilly later on. We have access to some chairs, and if you want us to provide some at a cost of £2.00 per chair, click on the chair option as part of the booking process. Feel free to bring a picnic, but be courteous to your neighbours on the lawn - no land grabbing! We will be selling wine, beer, soft drinks, snacks, coffee and cakes.

If we have to cancel because of bad weather, (and it will have to be bad, not just a bit chilly) monies will be refunded via the booking website, less booking fees.

Some Like It Hot

Sunday 27th August: "Some Like It Hot". Doors open 7:00pm, screening 8:00pm

After witnessing a Mafia murder, slick saxophone player Joe (Tony Curtis) and his long-suffering buddy, Jerry (Jack Lemmon), improvise a quick plan to escape from Chicago with their lives. Disguising themselves as women, they join an all-female jazz band and hop a train bound for sunny Florida. While Joe pretends to be a millionaire to win the band's sexy singer, Sugar (Marilyn Monroe), Jerry finds himself pursued by a real millionaire (Joe E. Brown) as things heat up and the mobsters close in.
